RETURNS

At jennysbees we guarantee that all our product are finished to a very high standard and products only use only the purist ingredients.
However, if you have any complaint with any product then please let us know by emailing, telephoning or writing to us.

- We will replace, free of charge, any item damaged or broken in transit, or any item that is faulty.
- We also understand that sometimes you might change your mind about the received products. We accept the return of the products provided you notify us within 8 working days of receipt and they are returned within 28 days of receipt. They must be returned unused and in the original packaging. However the cost for sending the goods back is the customers responsibility, we highly recommend using a Recorded or Special Delivery service as we will not be able to refund items lost in the transit. Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
- Carefully wrap your items and re-use the original packaging to return your goods.
- Do not send any goods back to us before notifying us first.
- We sadly cannot accept the return of any bespoke items.
